Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
These terms and conditions set out the terms governing access to, use of and sale of the services offered by DOKENT Sàrl, including online training courses, diploma programmes and software accessible online.
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTC) govern the terms and conditions for the sale of licences for access to e-learning courses and subscriptions to online software, as well as the terms of use for the services offered by DOKENT Sàrl via the website dokent.com.
2. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
Any order, registration or use of the services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The user acknowledges that they have read and understood them prior to any use or purchase.
3. Description of services
E-learning courses : access to educational content (videos, materials, exercises, assessments).
Degree programmes : structured courses (MBAs, Master’s degrees, certificates) which may include support and assessment.
Online software : access to platforms (LMS, learning tools, HR or analytics solutions) on a subscription basis.
4. Ordering and Confirmation
Orders are placed online. A confirmation email will be sent once an order has been confirmed. DOKENT Sàrl reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an anomaly or dispute.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is made online using the methods provided. For subscriptions, payment is taken automatically at the frequency you have chosen.
6. Access to services
Access to the services is granted once payment has been confirmed.
Login details are personal and must not be shared.
7. Duration and subscription
Training courses : access defined at the time of purchase (limited or unlimited duration).
Subscriptions : automatic renewal unless cancelled.
8. Right of withdrawal
The user has 14 days to do so, provided that the service has not been used or activated.
9. Termination
The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Any period that has already begun remains payable.
10. Use of the services
The content is for personal use only. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission.
11. Intellectual property
All content and software are protected and remain the exclusive property of DOKENT Sàrl.
12. Liability
DOKENT Sàrl cannot be held liable for any interruptions or malfunctions beyond its control.
13. Amendments
DOKENT Sàrl may amend these terms and conditions at any time. The new versions shall apply immediately.
14. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
15. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
